- MUmert ucarSep 28, 20261.0My experience at SalonCentric was absolutely unacceptable. I was spoken to in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. The employee spoke to me in a commanding tone, as if giving me orders, while looking at the price of the products I wanted to purchase. When I asked for her name, she responded by shouting it loudly in front of everyone. There was absolutely no reason to speak to a customer that way. I expect basic professionalism and respect when I spend my money at a business. This kind of behavior should not be ignored. I will be sharing my experience publicly and making sure people in my professional circle and community are aware of how customers are treated at this location. Absolutely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional.
