  Honestly hands down the best place to get your piercing. The staff were all super friendly, knowledgeable , and kind. We had the BEST experience with Tonika. She's very detailed oriented and made sure we absolutely loved our daughter's piercing location before proceeding. She was super friendly and gentle with my baby. Wish I could give this place more stars because they definitely deserve it.

  The ladies here were so helpful! I wish I would have gotten my original piercing done here. I highly recommend if you’re considering getting your ears pierced, do it here!

  First impressions are important, and unfortunately, my first impression showed me how fundamental business practices are not handled professionally at this store. I had finally booked an appointment for a needle piercing, something I was looking forward to getting done. When I came in for my appointment, I was immediately told that the store's needle piercer was not working. The front desk told me she had called me. However, I had not received a phone call from the store or a voicemail. In fact, I received an email the day of my appointment reminding me that I still had an appointment. When I explained I had not gotten a call or had a record of them calling, they stated that it was because they couldn't get through to my voicemail. There was no attempt at calling me again/trying again, or even sending an email to inform me of the situation. Rather, I had to come all the way to the studio just to be told to reschedule and leave. The lack of motivation to attempt to reach out again is very disappointing. There are multiple ways to get a hold of someone and no attempt was made in this situation. I don't believe I will be returning.
