  Made the app the same day. I’m very impulsive and the fact that I scheduled it within an hour made me so happy. It was super painless with the needle. She 1000% made sure it looked perfect before piercing because she kept adjusting it, then she measured and showed me prior also and made sure I loved them.

  I loved how my piercing turned out and the person who did it was Kristina and she was the best! She was very gentle and kind and she motivated me to be strong and have it done. I will definitely tell others and come back next time

  This was a fantastic experience. I can be very scary, and Nurse Amber did an outstanding job calming my fears and providing excellent service with my needle piercing. She is super fast and very kind.

  I had a great experience at Rowan thanks to Maisha and Patricia. Maisha handled my ear piercings and was so kind and welcoming. She was careful and sanitary throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. Maisha is such a kind soul with bright energy! I also had the privilege of Patricia styling my ears. She gave me such a gorgeous look! I definitely would recommend having Patricia style you if you’re unsure of what earrings to choose. I got there closer to closing time and they were so helpful. They took their time with me and it became such a fun experience! Both of them were fabulous and I would highly recommend either of them to anyone coming in. Thanks girls and thanks Rowan!

  PRICE WARNING. $250 for needle lobe piercings. I was sticker shocked, honestly. $35/ear for the hole, $70x2 for the CHEAPEST jewelry available, $20 cleaning solution (feels like it should be complimentary at this price!), and tip! I expected $70 to be for a pair of earrings - it felt very unclear on the website. And they say the lowest price jewelry is $50 but I surely didn't see any at that price in the shop, even for device piercings. Now for the service: it was quick and professional. I do wish they gave clearer care instructions because the website and pamphlet at the appointment said two different things (spin the stud or don't touch at all) with no clarification. The nurse made sure I was happy with placement before execution, and listened to my requests. I'm one week out and they feel good and look healthy. We'll see how they hold up!
