  I went for a haircut for my son at 5.45pm and the closing time is 8pm. However the stylist said they have started cleaning and would not accept any customers. And she was recommending me to go to hair cuttery. Unbelievable.

  Highly disappointed with my experience. I drove 40 miles round trip (1 hr and change roundtrip because I paid tolls) for a scheduled appointment, only to be told upon arrival by the stylist, Yolanda, that she does not perform the service I booked and that it was “too late” to complete it. What makes this especially frustrating is that I scheduled the appointment six days in advance and was not properly notified of any issue. I was told they attempted to call me about three hours beforehand, but no voicemail or text was left. To make matters worse, I had called earlier that same day to confirm the appointment and was explicitly told everything was still set with Yolanda. After making the trip, the only response I received was a brief apology. This was extremely unprofessional and a significant waste of time. If you book here, I strongly recommend confirming every detail multiple times, as the scheduling system and internal communication do not appear to be reliable. This experience could have been avoided with better communication and basic attention to customer service. Do better.

  My daughter and I both got a haircut and blow dry and it was fantastic! Laura and Amber were great!

  Very bad hair salon. Overpriced and just bad. Monica was so bad I dont even know where to start. She has completely ruined my hair (color, style and quality) and it took her almost 3 hours. Out of the 3 hrs, only 1.5 hrs was spent on doing my my hair, the rest I was waiting around unattended. I will never return here and I don`t recommend Monica to anyone, she is absolutely the worst.

  After setting up an appointment online, I am walking in, when I am called and told that the stylist no longer works there. So Mina, took over the appointment. If you have an appointment here, and it is with Mina, just don't. It's the highest recommendation I can give. She handed me a brush and told me to brush my own hair while she goes and mixes color. Following, she verbally abused my hair! She claimed the lack of care, and health quality of my hair, and said that she will only touch my hair at my own responsibility. Yet, the last two times it was done, was from here. So if there is damage, it is there own fault. She also wanted to chop my hair in half... Two managers were called to the scene, where Mina became argumentative, and had to be told to stop. The worst experience ever - over getting my hair dyed. 0 stars if possible!
