  This is my second time going to this location. Judy is wonderful! She’s so kind and knowledgeable. She gave me suggestions for my haircuts based on my level of maintenance (very low) and face shape. I’ve been very happy with the two haircuts I’ve received from her! I would highly recommend her and this Hair Cuttery location.

  I am very happy with my haircut. But completely hopeless for my 8 years son hair cut. She is not experience. I will take my son another shop to fix his cutting...

  This review is from my son. He came home with the worst haircut of his life and asked me to post this on his behalf. He went with his dad for a haircut, and at first, the stylist seemed to be listening and following what he asked for. But throughout the haircut, she kept saying she “knows teen boys’ haircuts” because she does them all the time, and continued cutting more and more even after saying she was done. What’s frustrating is that he clearly communicated what he wanted. Why can’t hairstylists simply listen to their customers’ requests instead of deciding what they think looks better? He is extremely upset with how uneven and overcut his hair turned out. NEVER AGAIN. " Worst haircut experience of my life. Unfortunately, the stylist, Grace, did not listen to what I asked for at all. I specifically asked for just a trim in the front, but she cut off much more than requested. For the back, I asked her to trim the overhang and blend it in, but it wasn’t blended properly and ended up looking uneven. If you have a perm or Asian hair, I would be very cautious about going here — or at the very least, avoid booking with Grace. Even after saying she was done, she continued cutting off more curls unnecessarily. Very disappointed with the result."

  I’m not sure what type of scam this place is running but I recieved a text message from this location saying they missed me and to come in for a service with a 50% off promo. I texted back (see screenshot) and they made me an appointment and told me how to use the promo. I came in for my appointment and was told they couldn’t do the promo because lily is the “computer” and not a real stylist (so the computer has a mind of its own?). And they can only honor coupon codes from email. I tried to show them the texts and explain but they wouldn’t even look at them. Not sure how it’s legal to bait and switch people to come in under the premise of a 50% off service and say no once you’re in the chair. Luckily I left before my haircut. Reporting this to the BBB for scam business practices. EDIT: I see the owner has responded to almost all other reviews yet not this one. Interesting....
