    I had the brow wax and the stylist pressed down on my eye with a lot of pressure. I asked her not to do that but she did the same e act thing to my other eye. I did not leave a tip and I will not return to this location in Fairfax VA

    I shared a reference photo with Lorena about what I usually have done to my hair and instructed her that I have my hair cut chin length. Before starting the haircut, I told her my hair sits in a side part and that I need my hair cut that way. She ignored that. She cut my hair too short despite me telling her that she was going too short. Instead she told me that “it will grow back in a few weeks”. She then tried adding texture to my hair and I told her not to touch my hair with scissors anymore. I paid $49 for a haircut where the stylist didn’t listen to my instructions and ended up ruining my hair. I will not be returning due to this experience. Update: I spoke with the manager who was very apologetic about what happened and she refunded me.

    Wali, the hairdresser, is as wonderful as ever. Wali is the only reason I still do to hair cuttery, as I donot appreciate the rudeness of the other 2 hair dressers. They need to learn some manners ồn how to NOT speak so reduely to the customers. How does Hair cuttery still allow people like that in the shop is beyond me. Needless to say my experience is unpleasant because of them, if not for Wali, I would have stopped coming back.+5 stars for Wali and -5 for those two.
