- FNFarzana NabiMay 6, 20261.0I used to go other Great clips in Woodbridge. Today I visited to this turnpike plaza great clips. There is new trainer hair stylist. First I refused to get service from her but other vietnam lady lie to me that she do nice hair cut her name is Stella . I showed her how much length I wanted to cut . I told her 1 inch. She did it very short. Towards to my neck. When I got home I saw there is some uneven cuts some hair long not same length. I won’t going back there anymore very poor service. Waste of my money

- PVP VenkmanMay 4, 20261.0Had been growing out my hair for a year. Went to another great clips three months ago for a cleanup and that went fine. Came here today. Showed the guy a picture of what I am aiming for, which is longer than mine was. Told him it's mostly a good length just need it cleaned up a little, except the mullet in back needs chopped off. Partway through he asked if it should be off the ears. I guess I should have realized that meant he had ignored every piece of information. I said "no!" and used my fingers to show how far it should cover the ears (same as when I came in, same as the picture.) Well, it's well off the ears. And while it's not quite high and tight, it is "recently retired from active duty." Not quite back to where I started a year ago, but close.
