  Today I has my hair braided by Adzo. I am so pleased with the results. She took her time, and applied skills to complete my hair the way I desired. Thank you Adzo. I gave her a 30.00 dollar tip it was worth it.

  Horrible ..Was told by a man to come at 4:30pm today for knotless medium boho braids and that 2 stylist would do my hair to get me done quicker. I arrive there is only 2 stylist there working on clients and was not even close to being done. One stylist came up to me and asked me to please wait a few minutes as she jas two small rows left. Well a few minutes turned into 35 minutes. I got up and left. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Shouldnt lie to clients just to make money and if ur stylist cant be on time then stop overbooking them. Because of this i now have to suffer and have no time to get my hair done before i leave for my trip. I will never return. Horrible business.

  Had my hair done last nite, my second time going back for correction I went the week before . The ladies are polite but it's not worth getting my hair damaged. I'm assuming they didn't braid my hair all the way in and tried to hide it by clipping it off in the clean up process at the end. They cut my hair at the root and it's sticking up what's left smh this place should not be doing service WOW

  If I could give zero start I honestly would. I’ve been to this salon twice to braid wig cornrows. First of all I booked an appointment today for 3:15 pm. Got there and they had me wait for 2 straight hours. Then when it was time to start my braids this girl tells me it’s a $130 for my wig cornrows. Mind you I’ve been there twice before and each time I was charged $60. She called the owner, I spoke to the owner and she had the nerve to tell me that the previous braider that did my cornrows didn’t know. So you mean to tell me the two times you be been there both braiders didn’t know the price?!! But who pays $130 for common wig cornrows. I’m just very very disappointed at how money hungry they’ve become.

  I have given this salon too many tries and I am done. I always make an appointment and I'm always on time. The braiders are always 30 minutes or more late every time. Today was no different, braider was 30 minutes late. Even though I needed to change my regular knotless to boho I felt I should receive a discount for the lateness. They didn't care. The braider tried to turn it around on me and said I had done that before and it was waist length boho knotless which was a lie. I have never had this braider before and my and I daughter have never gotten waist length we only get mid back. My daughter informed me that the braider Berthe would just disappear for phone calls and also took a 20 minute break to eat without saying anything. The unprofessionalism of this establishment is ridiculous. An appointment is set for a reason and braiders should be there not arriving long after the customer.
