  I was visiting DC for an event. I was recommended to Bubbles by a someone who works at a Restuarant.in DC? I had one of your top sylist. I told her I wanted my hair to stay well for 2 days as I was attending a big conference. The whole process of wash cut and style took about 30 mins, how’s that possible. The next morning my hair was not good. I especially asked her to use a flat iron so my hair could last and look shinny. I am very disappointed as I had to get my hair done again. The place wad good and I was excited to do my hair and the lady at the front desk was pleasant, even the stylist was pleasant but I was not happy with the hair service provided and the price was way too much. I pay half that price for a professional service. Just do you know, No one could tell I had my hair done. I am not from VA so I can’t come into complain but you can count on me not recommending anyone to Bubbles.

  i had previously done blonde highlights to my hair last year at a different salon overseas and wanted something new and more like me. i went in and had Ohood do my hair. she was super sweet and professional, ensuring i had a wonderful and comfortable experience! she gave me everything i asked for when i showed her pictures and told her about my preferences for color and haircut! overall a great experience and im definitely coming back in the future! thank you so much im so happy with my hair :)

  Sray is absolutely the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. She is a true miracle worker and consistently does amazing work every single time. I’ve never had a bad experience with her, and I always leave feeling happier and more confident than when I walked in. She is the only person I trust with my hair. I trust her input always. She genuinely knows what will look good and what will work best for my hair, and her recommendations have never steered me wrong. If you’re looking for a talented, reliable stylist who truly cares about her clients and delivers incredible results, Sray is the one to see! I’ve attached two examples of my hair, the first time I asked for peakaboo and the most recent went for full.

  My sister had an appointment scheduled for 6:30 PM, yet professionalism seemed to be completely missing from the moment we arrived. We showed up on time, but the service did not begin as expected. The biggest issue was the pricing. Before the appointment, my sister called the salon and was clearly quoted $113 for the service. However, when we arrived, the story suddenly changed and we were told the price would be $152 instead. That's a $39 difference with no proper explanation. This wasn't about whether we could afford the service. I even told both my sister and the staff that the budget was not the issue. The issue was honesty, commitment, and standing by the price that was quoted to the customer. If a business gives one price over the phone and then changes it when the customer arrives, it creates a serious trust problem. Customers choose businesses based on trust and transparency. Unfortunately, this experience felt like a bait-and-switch situation. If the quoted price can change the moment you walk through the door, how can customers feel confident about anything else? There are plenty of salons in the area that value professionalism and honor the prices they quote. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Bubble Salon and will not be returning. A business doesn't lose customers because of prices it loses customers when its word becomes worthless.
