Each and every appointment Lena performs magic with my hair. We discuss the colors, changes in length, condition of my hair, all the details. I have always been delighted with the entire process. My husband tells me he loves the way Lena does my hair. No higher praise than this!

While I appreciate another stylist offering to step in, I couldn’t wait an additional 30 minutes past my appointment time. After booking a month in advance and preparing my hair, it was disappointing to leave without service.
