I clearly explained what I wanted, but the result was completely different and my hair was ruined. The barber himself admitted the mistake and didn’t charge me for the haircut, which I appreciate, but that doesn’t give me back 8 months of growing my hair out. This was extremely disappointing and one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this location.
