  Was told the orginal appointment person to cut my hair couldn't deliver on it, I was rescheduled to someone who could. The artist Oliva was semi personable which was the one redeeming factor of the visit. Otherwise I wasn't given completely what I paid for, I got the signature cut but DID NOT receive any of the shampooing or anything mentioned in the description. The artist also did not add style it all how I wanted it, and even when asked about a recommendation of pomade they carry to achieve the style in store I could buy from them she answered yes three seprate times but did not offer any at checkout. Was rather let down by the service since Jamke recommended that this artist could get it done but missed the mark rather hard will not probably return and wouldn't recommended here if you're looking for a particular actual style. The two stars is solely only because at least she's personable talkative type.

  My 5 year old granddaughter was suppose to get just a trim from my choice. She ended up talking to Te'nere her stylist and she asked for just bun, but Te'nere did awesome cute style. Thank you so much Te'nere!!!!

  Horrible I don't recommend this place they left me bald and apart from everything the black woman who cut my hair was upset with me and that according to it was my fault I cried 2 hours I was 7 years old letting my hair grow it's a horror my head at this moment and they didn't give me my money back or a compensation I leave a photo of how I had my hair before and how they left it I explicitly asked him not to mess with the length and even so he did it my hair was on my hip and now I have everything badly cut and uneven up to the shoulders I'm crying While I write this that girl hurt my life

  I had scheduled an appt for Saturday at 3pm. When I arrived the salon was packed and I was told it would be approx. 55min wait. I was not I a rush to get my hair cut so I asked if tomorrow (Sunday) would work out better...and was told "yes". So, I booked for 10am. On Sunday I arrived to a very empty salon and my stylist called for me to come to the sink. She never introduced herself, just asked me what I wanted. I have to say that she gave me a really good shampoo and conditioner. After a few little repairs, I was happy with my haircut. I then asked her if she would just straighten the ends with the flatiron...her response after rolling her eyes was "I have another client coming in". Ok..I think she sensed my shock at her answer and then offered, begrudgingly, to do it. I said " No thank you....I'll do it myself". I understand that she had another client...but they were not there yet. This is after I was asked to initially wait almost an hour the day before when I had an appointment. It's a shame that customer service is not important because she did a good job, and I was going to continue to come back for all my cut and color needs.
