I really love the service at Hair Cuttery! This was my second time going, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. I’ve had two different stylists, and both of them did an amazing job and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I also really like the products they use to wash and style my hair, they always leave it feeling and looking great. I’ve had a great experience both times and highly recommend this place:)

We have been regular customers at this salon, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The service itself was fine, but the experience during payment was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing. A promotional offer had been communicated and confirmed when the appointment was made, but when it came time to pay, there was confusion and resistance about honoring the promotion. Instead of handling the situation professionally and straightforwardly, the way it was communicated to us made us feel as though we were asking for a favor. A promotion provided through the company’s corporate/agent/booking system should be honored as communicated to the customer. If there is an issue with the promotion, it should be clarified before the service not at the payment counter. As regular customers, this experience has made us think twice about returning. There are many salons and haircut services in the area, and respectful communication, transparency, and consistent customer service matter just as much as the service itself. We will certainly be more careful about promotions and appointment terms going forward. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience.
