  there needs to be serious customer service training with ALL of the staff that works within this location. They’re super rude and stand off ish and always make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them to ask about a product or fragrance. Overall the vibes were so unpleasant that me and my friend left.

  While I was on the phone with my husband to shop at this location for me he was waiting 45 minutes before I told him to leave the store. The sales associate kept on telling him to wait on the side while she kept on taking other female customers and either checking them out or helping them with whatever they were looking for.

  This was a very disappointing experience at Sephora. When I walked in(March 31 around 2pm), two employees were talking and completely failed to acknowledge me as a customer. I waited because I genuinely needed help finding a tinted sunscreen or what options they have in store, but no one offered assistance at any point. The store was not busy, which made the lack of service even more frustrating. Standing there with my young children and still being ignored felt very unwelcoming. I left without buying anything. Customer service at this location needs serious improvement, starting with simply acknowledging customers and offering help.

  It’s a shame to have to update and say I won’t be returned after a horrible experience. Please remind your employees that their comments about guests should not be made when the guests are within earshot. You never know what another person is going through. Keep your opinions in your head.

  Was charged incorrectly for an item. I brought it up during checkout but The customer sales representative did not try to fix the issue or confirm the price. My receipt also says something else other than mini travel fragrance which is what I bought. I had to go back and look at the item to see that I was charged more. It was only a few dollars but then the sales rep just looked and asked if I want to fix it. You should want to fix it ma’am, it was your mistake. And that isn’t the first time. I would rather shop online than to visit this location. This is my second issue. Just before Christmas I purchased a gift that I needed to return but the sales rep couldn’t figure out how to process it without the receipt. The manager did try to contact me to resolve that but I had already found the receipt and returned it at a later date.
