During my massage, I felt the stress of the day quickly lift away. Stacey definitely has the magic touch. She is a great addition to Natural Elements and I look forward to my next session with her!
My wife and I visited for a couples massage (first place we've been to in the area). Very nice atmosphere with a friendly receptionist. The masseuses were nice. I'm rating what I'm rating because of the cost to massage quality is not good. When selecting a masseuse I noticed that some were identified as massage therapists who were not available on the day we were wanting. But there's no price difference between a more licensed and trained professional vs not. I would expect non-therapists to be cheaper. The lack of extra training in our masseuse was evident. My wife and I did not feel refreshed like we have experienced at other places.
My masseuse asked me if there was a place I'd like her to focus on and said shoulders and point specially to the area. But she focused my my upper back and shoulder blades. She also spend way too much time there not leaving much time for the rest of my body. My shoulders don't feel any better. For my legs, she only worked on my calves for a short time not working on my thighs or hamstrings. She didn't work on my pectorals. Lastly,I requested deep tissues but her presence was medium at most. This is the most expensive spa we've been to and it's probably the most disappointing.
Edit in response to the owner's response. Don't create something out of nothing. I did not accuse you of anything. I only stated what YOUR website shares (see screenshot). As your website reflects, not all state massage therapists or licensed massage therapist. That's on YOU. I did use accusatory language.
Second, you once again twist my words. I did not say pricing for a masseuse should be based on skill level. But based on training and licensure. You should know that there are different levels of massage therapy and what a person can be certified in. Pricing should be based on that.
I highly encourage you re-read my review and take my words at face value without inserting your own understanding and words.
My review is not meant to be an attack on your establishment. I aim to provide other my experience with businesses to help them decide how they want to spend their time and money in as an objective manner as possible. It's not personal.

I had another wonderful experience at Natural Elements Spa & Salon in Chesapeake, Virginia!
I was scheduled with Amy for a haircut and brought in an inspiration photo of the style I wanted. She did an absolutely amazing job! She cut my hair into beautiful layers, and it looked exactly like the inspiration photo I showed her.
Amy truly has a special touch with those scissors. It’s not easy to find a stylist who can bring a photo to life, but she certainly did!
If you’re looking for a stylist who gives exceptional haircuts and hairstyles, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Amy at Natural Elements Spa & Salon in Chesapeake, Virginia!

Absolutely love this place! I've came for prenatal massages a few times. Everytime I've gotten a massage it has gotten rid of most if not all of my aches and pains.
Today in particular was amazing. I did the aromatherapy and Himalayan salt stones add on. I came with aches and pains and struggles with walking from symphysis pubis dysfunction, almost in tears, and left with 80% less pain. I could even walk better! Not an exaggeration at all. So worth it! I can't wait to come again! Such a magical experience for me!
