    I have been a regular customer of this salon and am very disappointed with my appointment today with Teresa. I scheduled an appointment for 4:45 pm and was told she would be coming in soon. I waited 30 minutes and she did not show up or call to let any clients know if she was still available. Not professional.

    Took my step daughter to get her hair done and got myself a cut also. The lady who did my hair was so sweet! She was very nice, my baby dropped her binki and she rinsed it off for her even moved a chair so I could bring her to the back with us. The lady who did my daughter’s hair was a little judgmental towards me. Maybe she was having a bad day not sure but the vibe was off and didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to me. Otherwise this is a good place to go. Little pricy for a kids cut tho.

    Cameron was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted and I am extremely happy. All the women working were friendly and treated everyone like a friend. I will definitely go back.

    I decided to schedule a last second perm. I had gotten several in my youth and figured why not. Sam was thorough in my consultation checking the recent hair treatments. She advised on the process and had me sign the required waiver. She also followed hair school sectioning (9 sections) and was thorough with rotating rod colors as she rolled my hair. While she was not the speediest perm roller, I am absolutely in love with the outcome! I enjoyed not only her work, but also her company. I rebooked at checkout so I can do it again soon! Thanks Sam 🥰

    First 3 photos: what we wanted/showed the stylist- boys long cut tapered off shoulders away from face. Fourth photo: what we went in with. Last 3 photos: what we got, short blunt feminine bob. I’m horrified. He said he liked it just so it would stop and he could get out of there.
