    I love Chandler! She's awesome and gives the absolute best haircuts! She always listens and really makes sure she gives exactly what you want. My son's always love the haircut they get!

    While the stylist was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable it was an awful experience after the fact. I was told that she had a special perm to be used on bleached hair. I requested a strand test but was told I didn’t need one. After following her instructions at home and waiting the 2 days to wash it my hair started breaking off right below my regrowth, it felt like wet noodles, and was ultimately so destroyed you could not get a brush thru it. As a result I have had to cut most of my hair off. I did go to the salon prior to the cut and all I got was an I’m sorry I don’t know what happened. I asked for a refund and only got more I’m sorries. I’m not one to complain but paying $200 plus tip and losing over half my hair is not right. I hope this will be a learning lesson for the stylist when the next person comes along.

    The Master stylist, Chandler, took time to listen to my grandaughter to what she wanted (length of layers). After the cut Chandler helped explain to my grandaughter the most productive way to brush out long hair after the cut. She also helped us pick out a detangler. We appreciated her patience, advice, and time. The cut was great! We highly recommend Chandler.

    Britany was amazing. Very sweet. Listened to what I wanted done and quickly did an amazing job on my cut and blow out. She explained what she was doing so I didn’t feel like it was going to end with something I didn’t want and trusted her process. Hair came out exactly as I asked. I have quite long hair and was in and out in under an hour.
