    I came into this salon as a walk in. I came here before in the past and was unhappy with the cut, but went back thinking maybe it was a one time thing. I happened to get the same lady years later :/.However, I thought maybe with more experience, it would be better this time. I was wrong. Don't get me wrong .. the lady was nice.I just wanted a simple bob...the front turned out great and I was happy, but she gave me a mirror to see the back and I was left with this choppy mess. I was so bummed as I just wanted a day to feel "pretty" and left there worse than how I started out. She also kept saying out loud why is one side of the hair more thick than the other. I put confidence in a hair stylist that I probably would have been better off just cutting it myself. I also asked about products to see what my hair needed, but she didn't seem to know about the products or care and was just like this one smells nice. Since my hair cut...I have had several people I know talk negatively about the cut and I am ready for this all to grow back.Super disappointed.

    The Master stylist, Chandler, took time to listen to my grandaughter to what she wanted (length of layers). After the cut Chandler helped explain to my grandaughter the most productive way to brush out long hair after the cut. She also helped us pick out a detangler. We appreciated her patience, advice, and time. The cut was great! We highly recommend Chandler.

    The manager got in in quick and fast. I wanted a quick shampoo and co notion. I left with my hair feeling amazing and she was super nice!

    Britany was amazing. Very sweet. Listened to what I wanted done and quickly did an amazing job on my cut and blow out. She explained what she was doing so I didn’t feel like it was going to end with something I didn’t want and trusted her process. Hair came out exactly as I asked. I have quite long hair and was in and out in under an hour.

    the lady cutting my hair was very kind but didn’t really listen to what i was asking for. request that 2-3 inches of my dead ends be cut off and ended up with 5+ inches of hair gone after two years of growing out my hair. never been more disappointed in a haircut or insecure about the length of my hair. (before and after)
