Very kind and professional. Explained every detail of the procedure as it was happening and informed me completely before the piercing as well. So so kind and supportive!

The shop was bright and clean; a friendly atmosphere. Jessica was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and present. She displayed an exceptional bed(chair)side manner with no condescension toward the 70-year-old gray-bearded antifascist Buddhist who was in a hurry to be somewhere else. Thank you, Jessica!

I had such a wonderful experience at Rowan @ Barracks today! I stopped in because I needed an earring replaced, and from the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The entire store had such a positive, upbeat atmosphere. While I was waiting, I had the opportunity to observe the nurse performing piercings for other clients, and I was genuinely impressed. As a nurse myself with over 20 years of experience, I couldn’t help but notice her excellent sterile technique, attention to detail, and the way she took the time to reassure and educate each client. Her aftercare instructions were thorough, and she made sure each person understood how to properly care for their piercing before leaving. That level of professionalism and patient education really stood out to me. When it was my turn, she was just as wonderful—kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She explained what had happened with my piercing, replaced my earring, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I also had the pleasure of meeting Raven, the regional manager, who was absolutely lovely, as well as another wonderful young woman who helped me when I first arrived (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name!). Every single person I interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful. I left incredibly impressed with both the professionalism and the atmosphere at Rowan. If you’re considering a piercing—or simply need help with an existing one—I would absolutely recommend them. Excellent care, excellent technique, and truly lovely people. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
