  My daughter got her ears pierced for her 5th birthday! I cannot rave enough about our experience! Haley was amazing so fun and they made the experience fast, painless, and so fun for her. Definitely recommend this place !!

  This place was recommended and I was intrigued (and set at ease) that nurses were the piercers. False sense of security. I’ll start by saying this place is VERY clean and kid friendly which I greatly appreciated. The piercers are very thorough at keeping a clean workspace and sterilizing everything. The piercer took extra time at lining up the dots for my 6 year old’s ears and making sure they were even. That being said, I was very disappointed and honestly, almost enraged at how the piercing happened. The piercing was done at the same time by two piercers. However one piercer completely missed the mark by over 1/2 an inch and had to redo the piercing. When this happened, they began talking quietly with each other, and my husband had to ask what was going on. My daughter was traumatized. They offered very little apology-saying that “it happens.” As a professional piercing business, it shouldn’t happen. For the price of their services AND the price of the earrings (they charge per ear, per earring FYI) I was expecting a much better experience. I doubt we will return for other piercings.

  The staff here is incredibly sweet. Natalie helped me pick out my earrings.. and she was so patient and friendly!

  I’ve been searching for a reputable piercer for quite some time. After conducting thorough research, I stumbled upon Rowan Piercing Studio. I scheduled a walk-in appointment and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Jessica, in particular, provided me with a comprehensive explanation of the piercing process and even offered valuable advice on future ear piercing options. I highly recommend Rowan Piercing Studio for all your piercing needs and will definitely be returning!

  I was not at all impressed with Rowan. I found it to be an OUTRAGEOUSLY overpriced (and not transparent) service. It cost $140 for ONE ear to be pierced, with jewelry (the lowest tier) and cleaning liquid. The piercing was not executed where the placement dot was drawn and is off-center. The nurse was nice, but apparently not skilled.
