  The most patient; saint; angel; majestical unicorn of a nurse pierced my daughter’s ears. Birthday girl wanted her ears pierced but was very nervous and very reluctant, but Hailey (sp?) was willing to wait between piercings to get the pair completed. Thank you so much! We would not have had that kind of experience anywhere else!

  Wonderful experience!! Jessica (my piercer) and the whole crew were super-helpful, friendly, enthusiastic, and so much fun! They made me feel confident and comfortable and answered all my questions! I’m very happy with my new (conch) piercing and will definitely go back very soon!

  I took my 5 year old here to get her ears pierced. The staff were very friendly and did a great job. We left happy, although it was not cheap. I spent $280 all said and done and just the earrings themselves were $176. I am willing to pay for a professional service and high quality earrings. One of the earrings broke in half within the first 3 hours from her piercing. I called as soon as it happened and nobody answered the phone. I had to go back to the shop the next day (30 miles away for me). In the meantime I had to make the decision to put a different pair of earrings in my child’s freshly pierced ears, or potentially let one of them close up and force her to have to go through the whole thing again. I opted for the former. When I came in the next day with the broken earring, they were not apologetic at all, and all they did was give me another earring. Seemed like truly the least they could do. The gesture just didn’t feel commensurate with the panic that I was put through the day prior. At less than four weeks post-piercing, one of the earrings broke again. It is a star stud with a dangly piece hanging down and the dangly piece has broken off. It seems like they are just selling grossly overpriced, low-quality earrings. They know people are coming in with excitement (or worse, excited children) and won’t say no even though the prices are unreasonable.
