    Wish my daughter remembered the hairdressers name. She did a wonderful job on my autistic daughter's hair and spoke with her the whole time. Edit: Willa was the stylist

    My 14 year old came to get his hair cut. He showed a photo of exactly what he wanted, typical teenage boy cut these days. Our stylist was almost 15 minutes late because she was coloring and washing her own hair. She stopped doing his cut multiple times to dry her hair and clean off dye from her face. I paid for a cut and shampoo/conditioner. Not only did she not shampoo him, she didn’t even clean off the wet, cut hair that was stuck to his forehead, face, neck, etc. She also didn’t cut it to look anything remotely close to the photo. Not to mention his hair was so chopped he had pieces that were an inch longer than the rest and some half an inch shorter than others. We actually had to trim them when we got home. Absolute worst experience ever. I’m contacting the manager for a refund. PLEASE save your money and go somewhere else!!!
