- RBRohan BakshiMay 9, 20261.0Terrible experience. Done within 9 minutes. The barber didn't even bother cutting the back of my head. And didn't bother cleaning up or even combing my hair (simple side parting). It's as if he didn't want to be there. The salon was empty and it's clear why. Don't bother with spending 32 plus tip on a useless experience, cut your hair yourself and it'll still be better. I'm going to need my wife to clean up my hair now and cut at the back where the barber didn't feel like doing.

She listens carefully to my detailed and reasonably imaginary instructions for how I'd like my hair cut to come out. She then tells me back what she understood I asked for. And she gets it right. And then she proceeds to do a lovely cut! We also have very interesting non-hair conversations. It's a treat to go there. Plus a sign up concierge, Lily, texted me with a 50% offer and set my appointment up. (I"m not sure if Lily is an AI marketing program or not. She seems quite nice.) I of course tipped on the full cost.

Two employees were in the store one had just finished up a client and was helping her out the door the other was sitting in the back. I sat down to wait for a stylist. No body was in a chair, nobody was waiting exept me. The stylist sitting in back walks up. I ask if she could trim my hair. Her response was we cant do it until after 5. I looked an nobody else in the store asked why 5. She claimed they were booked up. Nobody in the store. By this time its obvious I was lacking certain body features to be a client. I just said i wouldn't be back... But i did drive back around 20 minutes later. Nobody waiting, Nobody in the chair. Ill be contacting corporate as soon at they open in the morning.
