  Mercy was fantastic. Not only was she an excellent salesperson, but she also took the time to learn about me and my skin to recommend products that would truly work for me. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire experience feel personal. This was probably the best interaction I’ve ever had with an employee at this Sephora. Five stars for Mercy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  On May 30, 2026, I visited this Sephora location and had a disappointing customer service experience. I politely asked for help finding a Sol de Janeiro lotion because I couldn’t locate it in-store. There was a photo of the product on the wall display, but it was not actually on the shelf. When I asked an employee for help, they seemed annoyed that I interrupted their conversation. I was told the product wasn’t available. I mentioned I had seen it in the store display photo so I was confused and asked if she could look in the draw below the display, she said no then I was asked to show it on the app. When I did, the employee started pressing on my phone without asking and then said it still wasn’t available. At checkout, I provided my phone number for my Beauty Insider account, but the interaction felt rushed and unfriendly, and my points were not added to my account. Overall, I felt uncomfortable and not properly assisted during my visit, and the customer service did not meet my expectations.

  Staff was largely uninterested in answering questions about products or services. Unsure if the cashier didn’t know or didn’t understand but she just kept saying “what?” Ordered online instead

  One of the worse sephoras I have been to. They do not greet you or assist you if you are a dad bringing your teen daughters in or trying to shop as a man for gifts. Yes, us dads can be clueless on where things are and it’s overwhelming. It’s embarrassing to be frantically searching the isles multiple times while being ignored. A terrible business that does not want your business unless you are certain clientele. Imagine how much they lose in profits because of this. Beware, only for the desperate house wives of loudoun. It’s worth traveling a little further to get better service. Even at these gas prices.
