- HTHalen Taypo4 days ago5.0I had an amazing experience at Rowan with Nurse Diana! I got my conch pierced with diamond jewelry, and she helped me choose the perfect piece. She walked me through everything, made me feel comfortable, and the piercing came out beautiful. The whole experience was easy, clean, and so professional!
- BWBo Wang4 days ago1.0I am so disappointed with Rowan Piercing! After we were explicitly told a free aftercare service was available, we returned only to be misled repeatedly. The front desk staff first promised us it would be free, but then, after we waited 30 minutes, a nurse named Diana or Dian tried to charge us for each ear. She never apologized, was extremely condescending, and blamed us for the miscommunication, despite being told by two other staff members it was free. The lack of professionalism, the wasted time, and the dismissive attitude left us feeling disrespected. I will never return! What a power trip she was on!

My daughter has very uniquely shaped lobes and he patiently took his time to find just the right placement for each lobe. Piercing babies is an art within itself, and Nick was so incredibly professional throughout our appointment.

I went in for three earrings and left with five due to a mistake on their staffs behalf. They said they would process a return and refund me what they essentially stole from me and then later refused. STUDS in dc and tysons is much more professional and safe, their piercers dont walk around touching everything with their gloved hands.

IYKYK) She was calm and kind and professional. Also as a fellow nurse, I appreciated her attention to detail and solid sterile technique. Highly recommend!

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.
