This was my first nose piercing, and I was honestly pretty nervous, but everyone made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. Nick, my nurse, was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process much less intimidating. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and wants them to have a great experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming, and I felt like I was in very good hands throughout the entire appointment. The total came to about $140, including the jewelry and the piercing. It's definitely on the pricier side, but considering the quality of care, cleanliness, professionalism, and overall experience, I truly think it was worth it. I absolutely love how my piercing turned out and couldn't be happier with my experience. I highly recommend Rowan especially if you're getting your first piercing!

- BWBo WangMay 16, 20261.0I am so disappointed with Rowan Piercing! After we were explicitly told a free aftercare service was available, we returned only to be misled repeatedly. The front desk staff first promised us it would be free, but then, after we waited 30 minutes, a nurse named Diana or Dian tried to charge us for each ear. She never apologized, was extremely condescending, and blamed us for the miscommunication, despite being told by two other staff members it was free. The lack of professionalism, the wasted time, and the dismissive attitude left us feeling disrespected. I will never return! What a power trip she was on!

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.
