  We had such a good experience here after my kiddo made a mistake and changed her earrings out too soon. They saw us right away and helped fix her ear up. Saved us a trip to the ER!!!

  Hands down the BEST piercing experience I’ve ever had. The wonderful staff helped me create the perfect stack for my style and ear. Nurse Han was amazing and I’ll be going back for more once everything is all healed up. THANK YOU for helping me feel just a little more beautiful and more importantly, like myself. Go! You won’t be disappointed.

  My daughter now has an infected ear because of this store. My daughter was nervous about taking her earrings out. Instead of helping her through it they said wait another month or too. She now has an infected ear because of it. They seemed like they did not want to deal with a nervous child and pacified me. So disappointed in this place!

  I've gotten three piercings from Diana at Rowan so far, and to put it simply, she's the best. She's incredibly honest, friendly, and easy to talk to—I honestly feel like I'm hanging out with a friend every time I see her. All of my piercings have turned out beautifully, and she always takes the time to explain the process and provide thorough aftercare instructions, making everything feel simple and stress-free. I always leave feeling confident that I know exactly how to take care of my new piercing. I didn't catch the names of the other staff members, but everyone I've met at Rowan has been just as kind, welcoming, and friendly. They create such a comfortable environment from the moment you walk in. It's also very easy to get an appointment, great for last minute decisions!

  Terrible customer service. I had my second ear lobe piercings here several weeks ago. The nurse who worked on me was rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. I have multiple cartilage piercings so I know the process and healing experience. The piercing was painful and not symmetrical. The “nurse” refused to accept that and then a second employee checked them and offered to re pierce at the right spot. Anyway, I believe in second chances so I didn’t write a review here. I just want beck to get my posts downsized and they said there is a $50 charge associated with it whereas I was informed at my piercing appointment that the post change within 6 months is part of the package. Anyway, I would NOT recommend getting any piercings done here.
