I really appreciate you taking time to answer our questions and for your advice ❤️ Sienna is a very happy girl thanks to you! Also, from one nurse to another, you are fabulous! I chose Rowan bc I trust my nurses! I’m going to have to come back for mine eventually! 🫶🏻

  I went there with my girlfriend the other day and had the perfect experience. The staff were nice and helpful. Even though the prices were a bit too much the process were very smooth and easy. Thank you for making such clean and happy store in OL!

  We had such a great experience getting my 7 year old ears pierced. Our nurse Alexis was so sweet and respectful with our daughter. She took her time to measure her ears and make sure they were at the right placement. Everything fell clean and sanitary. Highly recommend this place.

  My daughter got her second piercing in June. We went here for convenience but should have gone to the tattoo piercer instead. Her left piercing is at a very odd angle - to the point that her earring is pointing up and not as visible straight on. It's also hard to change the earring as you have to put the earring in at an odd angle. Disappointed that for the exorbitant price her piercing wasn't done right.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THE BEST EXPERIENCE! 💕🥹 I honestly don’t even know how to put into words how incredible our experience with Alexis at Rowan was. I brought my five year old daughter in to get her ears pierced, and as a mom, I had SO many emotions going into it. I was excited, nervous, and honestly a little scared that she would be frightened or that it would be a traumatic experience for her. Alexis completely changed that. From the moment we met her, she was so warm, patient, reassuring, and genuinely wonderful with my daughter. She made her feel safe and excited, and you could tell that she truly understood what a big moment this was for a little girl. Then came the piercing, and I was SHOCKED. Alexis and another nurse pierced both ears at the exact same time, and my daughter DIDN’T EVEN CRY! Not a tear. Not a flinch. She was done before she even had time to process what happened! 😂🥹 And then she looked in the mirror and saw her new earrings… and that moment absolutely broke me in the best way. ❤️ I cried tears of pure joy watching my little girl see herself with her earrings for the first time. It was one of those tiny moments that somehow feels so big as a mom… watching your baby girl grow up right in front of you. And I will always remember that moment. Alexis didn’t just pierce my daughter’s ears. She helped create a beautiful memory that we will have forever. That means so much to me. If you are thinking about getting your child’s ears pierced, I cannot recommend Rowan enough. Ask for Alexis. Seriously. She is absolutely wonderful, and I am SO grateful we had her for such a special milestone. Thank you, Alexis, for taking something I was nervous about and turning it into one of the sweetest, happiest memories for my daughter. You were absolutely amazing. 💕✨
