  My daughter had gotten highlights done. When we stepped out after it, she wasn’t happy with the color, in the sense that it was lighter than she expected. While we were discussing it outside, the hairstylist who did her hair came out and asked if everything was okay. When we explained the situation, she was so kind and understanding and told us not to worry and that she would fix it by Re coloring to a darker shade. When we later came back for it, the same hairstylist and another wonderful staff member together helped us figure out the best color combination and assured my daughter that she would step out of the salon only with satisfaction. And yes, we were satisfied!

  I’m a first time client. I had Leila today, very pleasant and accommodating. I showed her a picture of the look that I like. She listened and recommended what is better which I really appreciate. She did a great job with my hair cut and highlights. I will definitely go back and will gladly let Leila take care of my hair. Highly recommended Salon.

  Not great. Manager was very irritable , Said the company gives coupons To the clients, which Diminish the Earnings for the personnel . That is stressful for the workers, and caused unpleasant discussions with the clients. Stylist Mana was friendlier. Haircut was done well (basic straight line cut to take 2 inches off the llength). The "classic blowout" was a bit too simple. (I would have had to pay a high extra fee if I wanted to have a blowout with a couple of waves for my rather thin slightly wavy blond hair.) To me and other client they tried to sell some , rather overpriced products. Did not buy, but gave a 35% tip. I have been to haircuttery salons in several states for 20 years, but this was the least pleasant experience. Maybe when they read this, they will Try to be friendly to the next clients. Even if they come with a coupon! 😊
