  Had a great experience here with Erika Kane helping out SO much. The whole team of staff were very kind of offering help and feedback but Erika really went above and beyond with color and product recommendations, color matching. She was so knowledgable about all the products and made sure I was aware of the promotions and offerings available. My expectations were exceeded in every regard and I’ll definitely be back!

  Refused to do my make up saying I needed an appointment but I’ve never had to make an appointment before. It was literally one customer instead getting her make up done. Lady who told me was so rude and nasty. It’s my birthday and I’m from GA. To be treated that way is insane.

  Hilda was horrible I was given the wrong lipstick and she could not care less to help me. Luckily I could report her to customer service and they helped me get the lipstick replaced

  The service in this location is lacking. The artist act as if you are bothering them. Their attitudes are somewhere between flippant and nice nasty. They will disregard company policy and promotions just to make a sale. I will not spend one dime at this location. I’ll stick to the counter in Tysons, far better service.
