I’ve had good experiences with Hair Cuttery in the past, but unfortunately this visit was very disappointing. The customer service was friendly, but I was concerned about the cleanliness of the tools and equipment. Shortly after my haircut, I developed red, acne-like bumps on the back of my neck that were extremely itchy and lasted for nearly three weeks. The condition became serious enough that I had to visit a dermatologist and receive medication. Between appointments and treatment, I ended up spending close to $1,000. I can’t say for certain what caused the issue, but I strongly encourage the staff to thoroughly clean and sanitize all tools and equipment between customers. Cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority to help prevent other customers from having a similar experience.
