- LWLois W2 days ago5.0I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Samah, she was the most gentle professional that I’ve ever had, and I have a super sensitive scalp so hair salons make me a little nervous. She did my hair amazingly and it looked fantastic when she was done and I’ll definitely be back to visit her more!! 💖 She also offered to take over finding a donor for the hair I cut off today. Definitely a 10/10 from me!

- SASonia AlamApr 30, 20262.0I’ve been here several times for haircut and root touch up . A couple of the hair stylists are extremely helpful and gentle on the hair. I had a terrible experience today with the hairdresser just being very rough with pulling hair during color and wash. The bigger issue is the inconsistency in management when it comes to prices . Therese and Shahnaz seem confused about pricing and services . I’m not sure who is the manager. My stylist today checked with her manager about the price difference between a root touch up and full color . She was told it’s a $13 difference . I walk up to the front and Therese rings me up for $122 (a 33$ difference). It seems she thought I wouldn’t notice . They both proceeded to tell me “they’ll do $102” this time but not next time as if it were some favor and not something they had told my stylist. They also proceeded to blame the stylist saying “she was confused”. Seems like a toxic work environment! I do not recommend this place just due to inconsistency and lack of explanation.
