  I had been putting off laser hair removal for years because I was nervous and honestly thought it would be painful. After my first appointment with Nadia at Gentle Med Spa, I realized I had nothing to worry about. Nadia immediately made me feel comfortable with her warm personality and expertise. She explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout the treatment, and made the entire experience feel easy and stress free. A few sessions in, I am already seeing incredible results and spending far less time shaving. I only wish I had done this sooner.   I had such an amazing experience at Gentle Med Spa that I am starting to think my razor and I are officially breaking up. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The spa is spotless, modern, and so relaxing that I almost forgot I was there to declare war on unwanted hair. Nadia is absolutely fantastic. She took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. I was expecting at least a little discomfort, but the treatment was surprisingly quick and way easier than I imagined. After just a few sessions, I have already noticed a huge difference. My skin is smoother, hair growth has slowed down significantly, and my morning routine is much less of a battle. If you are considering laser hair removal, do yourself a favor and book with Nadia at Gentle Med Spa. She is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. Five stars from me and zero stars from my razor.

  Yuri is the best for Proaddiction and haircuts - clearly experienced, kind, always attentive (tea, coffee, chocolates even), gives advice, and listens intently to your vision for your hair. Second time here and grateful to be back in such good care!

  the lady did my IPL on my face was unprofessional rude and doesn’t know what she was doing! First one was very light and uninefficient and the second one was aggressive and more horrible than the first one! Overall nothing really changed on my face! The lady told me oh your face is much better noe it used to be this and that! in one word BRAINWASHING!!! I know how IPL works! She never used aloe gel to protect my skin from laser like other places do! seriously i don’t see any difference at all even worse than it used to be! If you are looking for IPl service here don’t waste your time and money and your good skin! never coming back!
