  Staff not polite one bit. They just stare at you. No greeting. No may I assist you. Nothing. I picked up my order and just let it be. Smelled a few perfumes that I wanted to purchase today but no one ever asked if I needed assistance or bothered to help me so I’ll purchase elsewhere —probably Ulta where they are much friendlier and I’ll be returning what I picked up.

  So I wasn’t greeted or anything I try not to take it personal, so whatever about that but I go up to the lady with big glasses at the counter asking if the shade matches my skin well and she’s pretty much was looking at me as if I asked a stupid question. She hardly says much, as if I was inconveniencing her. Honestly, there was very few people shopping there, but the way no one even asked if I needed help or anything so it bothered me a bit but I let it be. I tried to help myself and even ask for advice after that and to feel the way I did really makes me want to make the extra drive to go elsewhere. Not that it probably matters to yall but maybe think about how it makes a person feel.

  This is specifically for the Sephora inside Kohl's: the staff there is excellent. They were all friendly and helpful, Raven in particular helped me locate an item that was supposedly sold out (but I'd been able to reserve one) and she helped me purchase the other two that ended up being in stock. She exceeded my expectations and seemed delighted to do so. Thank you, Raven!

  Saw Rebecca she was awesome I got a whole new face. She listened to all my needs and she did fantastic . Thank you so much I have my foundation . Primer bronzer and setting powder . My face is complete thank to you . I will definitely be back ….
