- JBJose BernalApr 23, 20264.0PROFESSIONAL ONLY. Yes people it’s only for licensed cosmetologists or estheticians. I’ve been coming here for years, always clean and somewhat stocked. The very popular items get bought up super fast. Redken’s glosses are always flying off the shelf. Once I asked an employee and she responded with “if it’s not outside we don’t have it” kinda rude but I still give them my business. Someone said your experience will vary on who’s working, 100% agreed. I’m not sure of the women’s name but she may be middle eastern; beautiful black hair, she’s always a joy and always catches me up on promos and events. Overall, it’s a good and above average store. Highly recommended over cosmoprof, but I am biased I experienced retailed profiling there on a visit and never returned.

Then why the hell wouldn't you make that clear from the beginning.

Manager (Yolanda) promises and doesn't deliver employees seem board and hate there job. I think from now on I will continue to shop at Cosmoproff where the employees make me feel welcome and return my calls when they say they will and manager honors their words and follows thru.

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
