They gathered to talk among themselves. Another few minutes of indifference. I said loudly - “this is ridiculous, I am leaving. I had an appointment and you screwed up, acted impolitely and indifferently.” The store manager came running after me “I will do it”. I said “you send a note with an apology and maybe I will consider it.” I only went back thus because I wanted a specific stylist and they offered a discount. The immediate prior time another stylist cut my little remaining hair like I was joining the marines with a theee minute buzz cut and asked for $40.00, then went to gossip with the ladies for the remaining 27 minutes of the 30 minute slot. Utterly unacceptable. Thanks for the unhappy Father’s Day treatment. Twice in a row, shame on me for thinking I could manage the situation.
