    I had stylist Erin J and she was amazing! She accepted my concern about cutting my hair while it was wet and allowed me to have it cut while it was dry. She then showed me some tricks and tips for curling my hair to get the beach wave look that I like. She also held conversation with me the whole time which made me feel relaxed. I enjoyed my haircut today!!

    I never leave a bad review but this place just took the cake. Online it said a blow out for curly hair would cost $47, ended up paying $84. As soon as Mrs. Z saw my hair she let me know just how much of an inconvenience it would be. She told me five times that my hair is “too long”, asked why don’t I cut it short, and at the end of the blowout asked “are you tired too” implying that my hair is exhausting to work with. I understand I have a lot of hair but I definitely paid through the nose for it and if she isn’t physically able to blow it out she should not offer that as a service. Other than how horribly I was treated, my hair looks like I blew it out at home. It’s frizzy and dry. She used maybe 5 spritz of heat protectant when my hair needs a heat protectant cream. The shampoo was rough and hurt. She dug the round brush deep into my temples which hurt a lot as well. My “too long” hair was parted a grand total of four times. She just did four horizontal lines and that was it, would let my hair down all around so the wet hair was touching the dry done hair, contributing to the frizz. This was by far the worst salon experience I’ve ever had in my life.

    I’ve been going to this hair Cuttery location for over a year and yet I’ve found the best hair stylist hands down in the DVM if you need your hair braided or any style possible I highly recommend you tap in with Erica my braids always Top-tier 🥶💯

    I chose a next available stylist and got so lucky! Salem did my partial highlights and was so sweet, kind, and thoughtful the whole time. I’ve got many compliments on my hair the whole session and the partial highlights are done so well, they look so blended. Salem did such an amazing job and the whole crew seems so kind and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Definitely recommend!!!
