- GDGina Doerr3 days ago5.0I found out today that my favorite hairstylist (Chelsea with the Kingstowne, VA Hair Cuttery branch) is moving to another location. She is fantastic at styling hair and is a good manager! Everyone (staff and clients) love her. I will miss Chelsea, but I hope this will be a great opportunity for her and this other franchise!

Some of the other stylists were rude and lacked professionalism, but Mekdes made up for it with her expertise and caring nature. She really wants clients to leave feeling beautiful. Everyone should book with her!

Each time the cut is what I need and the color is as expected. I'm usually able to get a same down appt. Within a few hours of wanting to arrive. Great location.
- NHNina HillnerApr 28, 20261.0I usually see Nang or Sue at this location who are phenomenal, but wanted to get a trim and had a limited schedule so I scheduled with Sofia. I had a horrible experience. I asked for a trim, along with long layers and she rushed through the cut and none of my layers matched up, and she cut my hair completely crooked at the bottom. It was so poorly cut that when I went for a color this week with my colorist she was able to immediately show me how uneven it was and we ended up having to cut off two inches to fix her mistake. I would not recommend scheduling with her as this haircut was the worst I’ve received, and it was not a complex cut. I’ve been trying to grow my hair out for a year now and because of her careless mistakes I’ve now lost two extra inches of length.
