Naima has been helping me look my best for a long time. It’s a great experience every time. Once I found her, she’s been the only person I trust to cut my hair. Thank you Naima!

The place was very rude , not helpful, they over charged me for my 2 year old son hair . They did not do all the steps and after his hair cut his hair was still uneven because they refused to listen to me .

i walk in and sit down and wait for 20 minutes and then i'm told that there's no availability for about another hour. i'm not complaining about the fact that they were busy and i would have to wait, i don't have an issue with that. my issue is that they only told me that i would have to wait a while after i sat there for 20 minutes. i feel disrespected, if they told me that there was an hour wait when i walked in and asked if i had an appointment or not, then i would not be leaving this review

I had a horrible experience, that being audhd it took me a bit to process. I usually have a hard time finding a stylist because I have to remind people that I have thick curly hair. Alot of people don't seem to know how to cut curly hair. I have grown out my hair for years. I only cut/trim up to the middle of my back and get some layers to help with the weight and how my curly hair grows. I have damaged my hair for years and have been working on restoring my curls and curl pattern for the past 4 years. All that went away when I walked in yesterday told the stylist i wanted to trim my hair up to my back and do a butterfly cut. I told her that my hair was blown dry straight for an event, but my hair is naturally curly. I asked for a treatment due to my hair being so dry and she kept trying to talk me into doing gloss when that's not what i asked for. I kept emphasizing that I have naturally curly hair. Instead she dry cut my hair, above my shoulder. Not what I asked. By this point , I should have left but i was just in shock and didn't want to make a scene. I was sitting in anger because of what just happened. I kept telling her i have curly hair, and she cut my hair choppy with choppy layers....I HAVE CURLY HAIR. You can't cut it like that. I was bothered, I paid because I didn't make a scene although I should have because she just didn't seem to care. She was unprofessional with another stylist in front of myself and that stylist's customer. Now my scalp has been itching and I'm not sure if it's because of the shampoo or what...but i tried to wash my hair after...and my scalp has been itching nonstop since my visit yesterday. I just made an appoint to see my dermatologist because its abnormal for my scalp to be itching this bad after seeing a hair stylist. I cried in my car because I am now stuck with a bad hair cut for months. I will never come here and I never ever want to deal with this stylist again.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I’ve tried getting cuts from so many different stylists at this location and it always seems like they’re in a hurry to finish my hair and move on to the next person. This one specifically with Taj, was just absolutely bad of a haircut. I even showed her a picture of reference and then instead of grabbing scissors like everyone else usually does she just grabs the razor blade and starts on my hair like that. What was the point of showing a picture and asking if you understand. And then she said “oh shorter on the sides” and I’m like yes, but the picture below is ridiculous, looks like a Mohawk, no blend no nothing. Also missed a few spots, also pictured below. What’s the point of having titles of senior designers etc if you don’t care about the hair you’re cutting?
