    I adore my stylist, Taj, and I wouldn't have anyone else ever touch my hair. She's attentive and she listens and she give me honest feedback on my ideas. The shop is clean and friendly and welcoming.

    I received a text message from Lily at Hair Cuttery Offering a 50% discount on a specific day and time. I took the discount and received a message from Lily, confirming my appointment and even the name of a stylist. After getting my hair cut and going to pay for the service, I was informed that the discount I was sent could not be used because I have been a past customer. The stylists were told in a company meeting that the discount cannot be used for past customers even though Hair Cuttery offered me the discount and made my appointment. This is a shady company and I warn customers that any offer you receive for service should be taken with a grain of salt, confirm anything at the store prior to showing up. Hair Cuttery pursues the old bait and switch with their “discounts.”
