    Lori always does a great job. She is friendly and professional. She fixed a mess from a shop I usually don’t go to. I told her she didn’t need to do much to the front and she said oh no, we need to even it out. After I left I stopped at a CVS and a lady stopped me and told me how beautiful my hair and cut were. I told her I had just got it “fixed”. She said I need to make sure my stylist knows that she loves it.

    I had the absolute worst, humiliating, and degrading experience here I have ever had in my entire life. My earring was ripped out, I was blamed for not removing them myself! I asked for split ends to be trimmed and she left my hair completely wet and just trimmed the very ends roughly leaving it with no style and completely wet… and demanded that I pay her before she dries it so it’s even possible to see what it looks like. Extortive, degrading, humiliating and scamming behavior. Additionally they list a sign out front that says “deals for first time customers” which was out on Saturday and AFTER service they said it’s only available on weekdays. I consider this to be blatant false advertising fraud. The hairdresser, whose name I can’t recall at this moment, made a point that she is retiring soon anyways… and her coworker defended her while other patrons expressed obvious concern. I simply wanted to get out of there as fast as possible, paid and left with a botched haircut. Additionally she lied about the ingredients in their products. The most degrading experience I’ve ever had at a hairdresser. LGBTQ friendly? Only if you wish to hate yourself after the experience. Stay FAR away.
