- KKKaileeDec 30, 20251.0Me and my friends went in to get hair dye and right as we walked in, the lady with purple hair was super rude and condescending. When we asked for help she acted like we were bothering her. When we checked out, she was very rude while we were trying to get the information needed.
- JWJaycee WatkinsDec 16, 20252.0The girl with the orange/yellow hair is extremely condescending and rude. Every time I come in she makes me feel dumb and isn’t warm or friendly at all. The rest of the employees are very nice. I will be avoiding this location though.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
