  I’ve never done anything like this before, so I was honestly a little nervous walking in—but the team here blew me completely away! They had a little event going on when I arrived, and it was incredibly well-organized. **Marty** was outstanding and is EXACTLY who you want running the show. The second I walked through the door, he was there to greet me and instantly made me feel comfortable. He gave me a full tour of the space and offered me a drink. To me, it felt like the perfect lucky timing, but I can tell this is just standard excellence for them: Marty said, "I'll go get you a beer," and the moment I turned around, my stylist was already standing right there waiting for me. There was **ZERO delay** in getting helped. The services themselves were amazing. **Sarah** was absolutely fantastic—gentle, clean, efficient, and everything you could possibly want your stylist to be. By the end of it, I was expecting to pay way more. Since this was my first experience, I don't know if the membership program is common for these types of places, but it seems incredibly smart to me. It was a fantastic first experience and I recommend EVERYONE check them out!
