- KAKelly AnnSep 28, 20261.0We have been to the SalonCentric South Jordan location several times, and unfortunately, we have consistently had unpleasant experiences with the store manager, Kelly. On multiple occasions, she has been extremely rude and unwelcoming, and her customer service has been very disappointing. Because of these experiences, we stopped shopping in the store and began placing our orders online for store pickup instead. Unfortunately, even when we simply go in to pick up an order, we are still met with the same rude and unfriendly treatment. At this point, it looks like we will either need to switch to another SalonCentric location in hopes of having a more pleasant experience or have our online orders delivered directly to our home. It is really disappointing that repeated poor customer service from one person has made us feel uncomfortable shopping at this location. What makes it even more concerning is that several other people have had similar experiences, so this does not appear to be an isolated incident involving just one customer. I sincerely hope Kelly’s manager, Katherine Forsyth, will address these concerns and take the necessary steps to make shopping at the South Jordan location a more welcoming and pleasant experience for customers. No customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome simply for coming into a store to make a purchase or pick up an order.

- BJBrinlee JorgensenJun 22, 20261.0I placed an order for pickup and I got an email stating it was picked up but I did not pick it up and did not share my pickup code with anyone. This location didn’t seem to care to pick up the phone when I called to get this issue resolved. Employees being so careless and not checking for a code and just giving people orders is unacceptable. Will not be associating with this location again.
