  I absolutely love my piercings. My piercer and all of the staff was so nice and welcoming. Didn’t mind making conversation and just making you feel comfortable. They were so accommodating and understandable and they most definitely were knowledgeable in what they were doing !! I cannot wait to get more piercings from them in the future.

  Highly recommend! Staff were professional and friendly and a super cute and clean set up. Cassandra did our piercings and she was amazing- she was patient and went through every step to make sure we were happy.

  I decided at the last minute to book an appointment at Groovy Peach, and I’m so glad I did! I was pierced by Alexa, and she was incredibly kind with such positive energy. Since I had never had my ears pierced before, I was a little nervous, but she walked me through the entire process and explained everything clearly. The piercing itself was quick, easy, and virtually painless I barely felt a thing. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their ears pierced!!!

  I wanted to update my review after Lindsey, the owner of Groovy Peach, personally reached out to me. While my wife and I initially had an experience that left us feeling uncomfortable, Lindsey took the time to reach out directly and address my concerns. That level of customer service and accountability says a lot about a business. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and about maintaining a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. Not every business owner takes the time to personally follow up on feedback, and I really appreciated that. I also want to give a shoutout to Bri, who was kind and professional during our visit. At the end of the day, what matters most is how a business responds when concerns are brought to its attention, and Lindsey handled it exceptionally well. Thank you for reaching out and showing that customer experience truly matters.

  I had 3 lobe piercings done by apprentice, Kinley and she did a phenomenal job! She was friendly and knowledgeable and took great care. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and steps taken to keep things sterile. Everyone in the shop was bubbly and friendly. I would definitely recommend the Groovy Peach to anyone looking to have their ears pierced.
