  2nd time I’ve been here with my daughter and this time I decided to get my helix pierced which I was terrified to do for a long time. This place is so clean, has a lovely atmosphere, and all of the staff are so friendly and care very much about your experience. After my experience, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Halle was so awesome and made everything comfortable while using such great skill, the pain was minimal and quick. It looks so cute! Love it <3 Thank you!

  I had a helix piercing done elsewhere; the back of the helix had a ball that kept getting hit by my glasses and was painful all the time. The place I went to wouldn't change the back to a flat back for a few months because it was a three-week-old piercing, and I had two other helix piercings done at the same time that didn't hurt because they used flat backs. I came to you guys for desperate help, and you put a flat back on, and it is so much better and less painful. Thank you so much.

  Nat made my daughter's first ear piercing experience absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked into Groovy Peach, we felt welcomed. The studio was clean, inviting, and had such a comfortable atmosphere. Nat was incredibly kind and patient with my daughter. She checked in with her throughout the entire process, asking how she was feeling and making sure she was comfortable every step of the way. She also explained the aftercare instructions clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which made us feel confident about caring for the new piercings. We had the best experience, and I'm so grateful Nat made my daughter's first piercings such a positive memory. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Nat and Groovy Peach!

  Every interaction I had was absolutely wonderful! I booked online and had a few questions, so I messaged them after hours. The very next morning, I received a call to assist me! A few days before my appointment, I needed to adjust my arrival time since we live quite far away. They were incredibly sweet and happily helped me secure a later appointment. My personal experience was beyond fabulous! I already knew one of the two services I wanted to get done, and Cassandra was fantastic in taking her time to discuss all my options. We decided on what two services, and at the last minute, I changed my mind. They were so kind and accommodating—it was truly appreciated! I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. On the day of my appointment, I saw two other staff members helping a little girl get her ears done. They were so sweet and patient, making her feel right at home. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!! 10/10 service!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend **Jacie** at Groovy Peach enough! 🍑✨ She pierced my lobes and added a beautiful new helix piercing, and the entire experience was honestly incredible from start to finish. Jacie is such a perfectionist in the best possible way. She took her time, made sure every placement was absolutely perfect, and made me feel completely confident throughout the process! I also had no problem playing with the placement of the dots before getting pierced! Sometimes I get shy around people, and I felt so at ease and comfortable. Beyond her incredible skill, her energy is absolutely contagious! She's upbeat, positive, welcoming, and has a way of making you feel so comfortable that what could be a nerve-wracking experience turns into something genuinely exciting. She made getting pierced feel like such a special moment instead of just another appointment. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine passion for what she does shines ✨✨💕💕 through in every step of the process. I walked out absolutely in love with my new piercings and feeling so grateful I found her!!!
