  This will probably be the last time I visit the Sephora location. They surprisingly close at 8 PM which is much earlier than all of the other locations on the strip mall. When I walked in very close to close to exchange a faulty product, the store manager Raquel rudely turned me away. Sephora‘s return policy is not very considerate of products being faulty. There are other high-end beauty retailers in the area that have much better customer service, and better hours to serve their customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere, which is a shame because the visit prior, I had a really wonderful experience and the district manager sold me a full new makeup line. You’ve lost a generous customer.

  Leny was so sweet and so helpful the entire time I was at the store, she helped me build a skincare routine! She is very educated about her products and seems very genuine

  Visited the store during the sale, store was full of customers and 3 employees stood chatting in front of a display for 20+ minutes. Eventually I was approached by Sara and she was so helpful, but the employees standing and chatting acting like they couldn’t be bothered was not a good look.

  I just went In Sephora at Saratoga Springs looking for a specific item I had on my phone I approached two different clerks and ask them where I could find it. Neither one took the time to show me. They just pointed over against another wall. I was very disappointed that They couldn't pulled themselves away from straightening shelves to actually show me what I was looking for. That is my first time in the Sephora store and it will be my last time and I will make sure everyone I know knows about my disappointing experience.

  First time visiting this Sephora location and was very disappointed. I walked in around 5:30 pm and was not greeted nor walked up to ask if I needed any help. I usually shop online but since this one just opened by my house I decided to go in person. I walked closer to the checkout and two employees were standing behind an aisle gossiping even when one made eye contact with me she still decided to continue their conversation. In addition I tried finding samples for new products I wanted to try and there were none available. This location needs to do better.
