  The staff here is so friendly! I love that I came in and Hannah was welcoming and helped me understand what my options were for my fatigue that I’ve been feeling lately. I especially love that I didn’t feel pressured into anything. A huge highlight for me was getting to sit in the massage chair with a blanket and just relax as I revived my IV. I can’t wait to go back!

  I’m really frustrated. On Saturday I went in because I needed my IV. I’ve been a regular client with a membership for 2 years, and my veins are extremely small. No matter how hydrated I am, they are very difficult to find. They usually have to poke me more than once, and I understand because they are trying to help. I always let them know, “I’m a difficult stick, I need the most experienced person and the correct needle.” But this Saturday, nobody was able to get my vein. They apologized, and I understood. They told me they would schedule another appointment for Monday, and now I call to confirm my 4:30 p.m. appointment and they tell me they’re sorry for the mistake, but I’m not even in the system and they already gave that time slot to other people. I feel like it’s not the same anymore. There are so many new people now. How is it possible that in a place that specializes in IVs and injections, there isn’t a single person who can successfully place my IV? The girl who always does it is apparently on vacation… so if she’s not there or if she quits, then what happens to me? On top of that, I still have about 6 prepaid IV sessions left. And how do they not even have a vein finder for IVs? I even told them on Saturday that I would buy one myself, and it was arriving on Sunday just in time for my IV appointment. I’m very frustrated.

  Left feeling noticeably better after the IV therapy. The massage chair was a nice touch while waiting, and the staff kept things comfortable throughout. Clean space, no complaints.

  Sarah really knows what she's doing with IV therapy. The whole experience felt professional without being clinical, and I could just sit back and relax while she handled everything. The treatment itself left me feeling noticeably better, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It's refreshing to find a place where the staff actually cares about making sure you're comfortable throughout the process!
