- AAannistynJul 7, 20261.0I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this place earned one. I’ve visited twice, and both times the employees were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. It’s honestly ridiculous how they treat customers. If you hate dealing with people that much, maybe customer service isn’t the right job. There are plenty of beauty supply stores where you’re actually treated with basic respect. I won’t be wasting my time or money here again.

She's been a beautiful, sweet, familiar face for years. They are always fast, and efficient when it's time to checkout. I usually swing by on my break, and they are sensitive to my busy Stylist schedule. Thank you Salon Centric in Sandy, UT. YOU GUYS ROCK!! ;) You have a customer for life!

Not just to me, but to other people she was on the phone with before "helping" me as well. I would go to any other Salon Centric (just avoid the Sandy store.) I drove from a long distance and walked out without my refund or any new product due to their indifference and attitude towards me.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
