- LBLiliane Tixiliski BowmanJul 28, 20261.0About a month ago I went to this sephora with a gift card I got for my birthday and the cashier lady scratched the number so hard with a scissor that it damaged a few numbers on the gift card and she could not use it. I understand she did not do it on purpose, however, when she called heir support team, she said the card was scratched too hard, she didn't say she was the one who scratched it and support team said they could not fix it - she told me I have to try at another sephora, but no one can help me. i talked to the live agent online and called support and they said they cannot do anything about it because their policy does not allow it, so I just lost my money, basically. It was only $50 dollars, but it was mine. I feel so disappointed that she took no accountability to fix an issue she caused.

But dude, there aren’t worse Sephora employees that exist. They just stare at customers rather than help, you ask them anything & they don’t know what you’re talking about and aren’t willing to help. After two visits here I don’t think I’ll step foot in here again.
