  I live on the road and don't feel comfortable walking into just any botox spot — I'm particular about who I trust with my face. But Heather Gay is in my top three Housewives, and honestly, I had to see the infamous parking lot. #IYKYK. So glad I made the stop. Regan is an absolute all-star. With over 15 years of experience, you can tell this is his craft and his passion — not just a job. I gave him full creative reign and he delivered what I am officially coining the Irish Brow Lift. I am obsessed. Cass was beyond adorable and a lovely addition to my experience and I would request her again! The location is spotless, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole vibe puts you at ease the moment you walk in. If I lived in the area, I would be a regular for sure. Whether you're a local or just passing through like me, this place is 100% worth the detour.

  I don’t often go out of my way to leave reviews, but my experience here was just that good. I just had my lips done here and truly couldn’t have had a better experience. <3 chantel is so sweet, personable, patient, extremely talented, and hilarious. both her and her medical assistant made me feel so comfortable, especially since I always get a little anxious beforehand. I wasn’t treated as “just another appointment”. they both took time to talk to me, ask about my plans for the day, make me laugh, and get to know me. you can tell they truly care about their clients and the overall experience just as much as the results. seriously such a kind group of girls that work here, and my lips look AMAZING. I cannot recommend them enough & I am so excited to come back!

  I just had my first facial at Beauty Lab + Laser and I fear I may never emotionally recover… because now I know how the other half lives. Yes… THE Beauty Lab + Laser. Co-owned by Heather Gay herself. Ever since I first laid eyes upon that beautifully chaotic fever dream known as The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, I have dreamed of entering this establishment. And reader… dreams DO come true. I got the Good Time Girl Facial and let me tell you… it was, in fact, a GOOD. TIME. Shelby C. was my esthetician, but honestly? I think she may have been an angel temporarily assigned to Earth. Beautiful. Gentle. Ethereal. Like if a woodland fairy got licensed in advanced skincare. There were TWO cleanses. Exfoliation. Moisturizers. Masks. Serums. Warm towels. At one point I think my soul briefly left my body and floated toward the heavens while Enya played faintly in the distance. I have now decided heaven is simply this: You lie on a heated table while angels wash and exfoliate your face for eternity while calling you “queen.” I walked in looking like I had been through several economic recessions and a situationship. I walked out looking hydrated, luminous, and emotionally stable. Best $150 I’ve ever spent. I would trust Shelby with my taxes, my future children, and the nuclear codes. 10/10. If I disappear, please know I now live there permanently in a robe with cucumber slices on my eyes.

  I went in with a very specific request. I asked only for subtle lip shaping and made it clear that I did not want added volume because I was trying to avoid an overfilled or unnatural look. My goal was simple. Refine the shape, keep it natural. Immediately after the procedure, I noticed folds forming on the sides of my mouth. I brought this up and was advised to trust the process and give it time for swelling to go down. I followed that guidance and waited through the full healing period. The folds never went away. They are still clearly visible and noticeable enough that other people have commented on them without me bringing it up, which has been frustrating and honestly embarrassing. This is not the outcome I asked for, and it does not reflect what was discussed. What has been more disappointing is the lack of response. I reached out by email with photos and a detailed explanation of my concerns and never heard back. When a procedure affects someone’s face, follow up and accountability matter. For context, I have had lip filler done before at a physician owned practice. When I had a concern, I was brought back in the next day and it was corrected without hesitation. That level of care should be standard. Aesthetic work is both technical and artistic. It requires precision, but it also requires responsibility when the result is not right. In this case, there was no follow up and no effort to address the outcome. I will be posting before and after photos so others can make their own informed decision.
