  Fairly new to Utah and this has been my go-to spot for laser the past year. I’ve seen amazing results when I’m consistent, despite struggling with PCOS. Chloe, Miranda, and Whitney are my go-to girls and they always go above and beyond to make the experience more comfortable! Appreciate them so much. Chad, Dallas, and literally everyone at the front desk are so super sweet and helpful too. All in all, always impressed by the warmth and service from everyone involved at this business. 🫶🙌

  This was my first time having laser hair removal and Chloe was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was very professional and helped me to feel prepared and comfortable. I look forward to working with her throughout the process. Beauty lab + laser is the place to go

  The technician was great, the front desk girls were unacceptable and so was the management/ owner. This business sides with the staff even when the staff behaves unprofessionally and makes the customers experience worse. Do not be fooled. Read the other one star reviews. The staff does whatever they see fit and management allows it to the detriment of the customer. There is no real protocol for managing disputes and the owner admitted it in email. Many staff do not know how to properly look up what treatments a customer has banked. I was given a different number of remaining treatments than I actually had when I would ask at least 1/2 of the time, so planning out hair removal was very difficult. I would call in to verify the areas I wanted covered, be booked for those areas, would shave, take off work, come in and then they would say my package doesn’t cover that area when I would arrive and I would have to come out of pocket on top of the Black Friday package I purchased that was created with another front desk person and supposed to cover all of the areas I showed up for. This happened on multiple occasions. Even worse, owner/ manager does not manage customer complaints with effectiveness or professionalism. I was refunded a random amount with no explanation and rerouted to her lawyer after I complained. At this point, Laseraway has better customer service and is more affordable, which is shocking.

  Emily was great and sweet during my teeth whitening, and if I’m being honest I see absolutely no difference in my teeth. It’s okay though, would always wonder if I didn’t try it. Little unfortunate for the price you pay though and you have to suffer through the white diet when I feel I gained no results.

  My friend and I had a facial/chemical peel at Beauty Lab + Laser to celebrate her birthday. Shelby and Jaylee were our estheticians and they couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating, as were the people working at the front desk. It was my first time receiving a facial and Shelby walked me through each step. It was such a great experience!
