  I had a wonderful experience with this location and Kylie specifically! Immediately upon entry an employee asked about what brought me in, directed me where to go, and (because of my inquiry) that someone would meet me there. Kylie helped color match me to a concealer and knew a ton about the brand 🤗 She helped me apply it too just to be sure it worked for my needs. We even went on to explore other products I was curious about and she catered her suggestions as she learned more about my preferences. She made sure I was informed and you could tell she genuinely cared about her job and helping people feel their best 🥰 I’m so impressed and will honestly go to this location in person more just because of my experience with her! Products purchased: Ilia skin blur concealer in 6N and the new Ilia sun serum mineral sunscreen in light-medium

  The staff here are incredible! I have pretty bad social anxiety and minimal makeup knowledge, and almost panicked when I came in and saw there was some kind of festival right out front and saw how busy it was. But even through the crowd, Sheila immediately greeted me in a way that was both non-intrusive and welcoming, and I asked her for some help finding and learning how to cover up some lip shadow and undereye bags. She was AMAZING. She showed me a couple concealers and color correctors, walked me through step-by-step how to apply them, applied each combo for a live comparison, and helped me get exactly what I need. But most importantly, she helped me shift from nervous when I walked in, to comfortable while she helped me, to confident when I left. The products are great, but it's the amazing staff like Sheila that made me a lifelong customer.

  Nancy helped me pick out some good summer fragrances and I was SO incredibly kind and helpful. She was managing a busy store and made time for me and I couldn’t be more thankful. Give that girl a raise 🫶🏻🤍
