  Our very first experience at Rowan was great for my 7-month-old daughter getting her first ear pierced with the device and my third lobe with the hallow piercing. Sarah was super knowledgeable and educated us on the process and aftercare. She was also training a new person. We were very happy with the entire experience, but upon coming home, we noticed that our daughter’s left side looked uneven compared to the right side. After calling about it, they suggested we come back in to have a free assessment. Sarah said it could go up 1 mm and if we were unhappy, to go ahead and take the piercing out and schedule a complimentary repiercing. After emailing Rowan and working with Piper, I confirmed that I scheduled an appointment. Piper made sure that my appointment was for a repiercing and a complimentary earring up to $60. Upon my arrival, Brandi and the entire staff greeted us, and I confirmed I came back for a complimentary repiercing. They made sure that my daughter’s ear lobe was fully healed before we proceeded with getting it pierced. Brandi was able to see the last piercing and confirmed it was slightly too low, and she began to mark the new spot. She made sure the measurements were equal to the right side and called over a second person to double-check before she pierced. Because we got white gold diamond earrings the first time, Brandi went ahead and gave us the same ones. Our overall experience was even better the second time. I highly recommend anyone that wants to get their child’s ears pierced to go to Rowan; their knowledge, professionalism, and friendly staff members made it unstressful. We’ll definitely be back for more down the road.

  Awesome experience! Our little one got her first piercing here today! Grace did a great job with the piercing and fine tuning the placement! Lexie was super helpful answering all of our questions! Everything went great and we would definitely come here again!

  I had such a great experience at Rowan! I got two lobe piercing pairs and a helix piercing, and everything was so well thought out from start to finish. I was a walk-in, and they didn’t mind at all, which made the experience even better. But, I would recommend making an appointment in advance to hold your spot especially during busy hours. Sarah helped me during my appointment, and along with another sweet worker whose name I can’t remember, they both made the experience so comfortable and welcoming. They explained everything in such an easy and reassuring way, which really helped me feel relaxed throughout the process. I personally have high pain tolerance so the pain level wasn’t too bad. I used the piercing guns for my two lobes and I’d rate it a 9 out of 10 (1 meaning high pain and 10 meaning low pain). For the helix I used a needle and I’d rate it a 7 out of 10. That piercing was a little spicy but again i do have high pain tolerance so it wasn’t too bad. They also have a lot of options for jewelry. But there are different kinds of earrings depending on the type of piercing method you would choose, which is the device or needle. I would say they are on the pricier side for the service and jewelry. But they are licensed nurses and the jewelry is hypoallergenic so, that would explain why. Everyone was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional, and the studio was very clean. I’m so happy with my piercings and would definitely recommend Rowan to anyone looking to get pierced! And i would definitely come back again!

  Clarissa was amazing and was extremely patient with my baby! She took her time to make sure the piercings were perfectly straight. Will always come to Clarissa for future piercings.
