  INSANELY expensive. They miscommunicated over the phone and failed to mention that there was a separate piercing fee for each earring you’d get. Their most basic jewelry was already expensive, and then they add an incredibly high piercing fee on top of that for EACH one. Fast forward three months: I called to confirm they would switch out the long posts for shorter ones now that my ears had healed, since my hair keeps getting caught on them. They told me it would cost $25 per post to downsize, even though the piercer specifically told me at my appointment that the first downsizing was free and included with the piercing. There seems to be a consistent pattern of “miscommunication”. I recommend going anywhere else where you'll receive the same quality jewelry and service without all of the insane charges.

  I got my nose re-pierced by Sarah and it was so quick and smooth! They made sure I was comfortable and communicated every step. Also got my second piercing on my ear lobe done by Heidi and was also amazing!! Quick and easy. For sure an amazing team! 🤍

  I've now had multiple piercings done at Rowan, and I wanted to recognize a few team members who made the experience truly memorable. Brandi pierced my ear lobes with second holes, and she was wonderful from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Her precision and confidence gave me a great deal of trust, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She has a natural ability to balance expertise with warmth, which makes the experience feel both comfortable and exciting. Clarissa recently pierced my helix, and she was exceptional. She has such a calm, gentle presence and never made me feel rushed at any point in the process. We spent considerable time evaluating placement, adjusting markers, stepping back, reassessing, and making sure everything felt right before committing to the piercing. I appreciated how patient and reassuring she was throughout the decision-making process. Her thoughtful approach, steady guidance, and genuine desire to get it exactly right gave me complete confidence in her. The level of care and attention she brought to the experience was remarkable, and it was clear she takes great pride in her craft. Finally, Madison, the store manager, has been outstanding. Her communication is prompt, thoughtful, and incredibly genuine. She took the time to personally follow up with me, listen carefully, and ensure I felt heard. It's rare to encounter a manager who is so engaged, responsive, and committed to creating a positive customer experience. All three women helped make what can be a very personal experience feel positive and special. Their skill, dedication, and authenticity are a tremendous asset to Rowan, and they deserve recognition for the impact they have on their clients.

  Friendly staff however they are not fully transparent about the costs of the earrings. Walked out with $600 less for 4 piercings. Only 4!! Was very unhappy I was charged that much and would’ve requested to cancel had they not already pierced my ears. Very overpriced, go else where you can get the same care for much less. This place scams.

  I took my 5 month old here to get her ears pierced and had an unexpectedly amazing experience! Heidi was so good with my baby. She kept making her laugh and smile. She was thorough and detailed when making sure the placement was even. And then was so smooth and quick with the actual piercing, I was impressed! My baby cries harder getting out of the bathtub than she did having her ears pierced. The environment was very clean, we were helped right away, they were detailed in their educating us with the process and aftercare, and the costumer service was excellent. I highly recommend coming here!
