  I needed a hair cut. My hair was getting moppish, and all over the place as it does, and I usually go to great clips which is fine, but I wanted to something a little extra, and I noticed that JCPenney still has a salon, so I went there. I think calling it glorious might be overstating it a little bit, but I came out of there feeling cute! I don't feel cute often, so this was fun. My stylist was so cute, and so pleasant, I wish I could remember her name, but she just gave me the best haircut/experience I've had in a while. I'm going to be going back, and I'm going to tell all my friends. Thank you, it feels good to feel cute!

  Kenyon is wonderful!! She has an outstanding personality and a great eye for what will look good on you! She was able to really bring out my natural curl even as my hair texture has changed as I’ve gotten older. My daughter will be coming in next week can’t wait to see what she can do for her. Highly recommend 🌸

  I love that I can find all of my favorite haircare products there; especially, the wet brush detangler and Biolage hydra source liters.

  Did not like my hair color. I would say my hair stylist was inexperienced, not comforting, and not very nice. I wanted richly-colored brown highlights but ended up with streaks of a bleach orange color. I believe she was incapable of matching the picture of what I wanted. The color especially came off in the shower and there were streaks of blonde/orange everywhere, which is what I did not want at all. I found one of the staff to be very blunt and rude to the other staff. I didn’t feel very comfortable being around someone so upsetting. She acted annoyed when the other staff asked questions and wasn’t pleasant to be around for my visit. Esmeralda is a very nice presence in this salon. I have been happy with her work and she is extremely pleasant and kind. However, my recent poor experience has ruined this salon for me. 5 stars for Esmeralda though.
