  I went in for my first hair cut here in Richfield to touch up my undercut. I was met with a very rude older brown haired lady who acted like she didn’t want me there at all. She was very dry and not inviting at all, so I sat down waiting for my turn. The guy who did my hair was very quiet and did not seem like he was very interested, which is fine but the problem is when I explained what I wanted to him he just nodded and started cutting. I wanted to bring up my undercut up 1/4 of an inch and add a B initial to it. He said okay and tied my hair up in a bun, I didn’t think much of it at the time until he just took the clippers and started to shave my hair without parting it first. I bit my tongue and hoped he knew what he was doing, unfortunately he did not, after he shaved my hair and did the B he showed me my hair and it was so uneven and I was so upset. The worst part was he immediately started taking the cape off of me and told me to go to the counter. He did not clean the cut hair off of me, while I walked through the door I was pulling strands of hair that he had shaved and left on my head with my bun tied. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional, I will never be coming back specifically since the mood was so off and I was welcomed with a look of disgust and anger, later I found out from a friend that the lady who I talked to upon walking in was the manager (Heather) and it’s so much worse knowing that a person with that attitude towards customers is taking care of the place.

  we came in at around 3:00-3:30 today, the woman with the black hair was great and then i saw the manager come in, cut maybe two people’s hair and sat around the rest of the time while other customers waited in the lobby. i dont like leaving bad reviews but i felt the need to leave one.

  I got my hair done at great clips in Richfield Utah. A young lady named Mindy has cut my hair several times. She is very professional, and does an amazing job on my hair cuts. She makes it a very fun environment, and puts people in a good mood when they are getting what can be a stressful haircut. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone. She is top notch at any haircut that you may want or need.

  We just visited this salon yesterday for the first time. We don't live in Richfield We were just visiting and stopped in to get all three of our children's haircut. Our two boys haircuts turned out fine but they butchered our daughters hair. It's uneven no matter which way I part her hair. Her bangs aren't even and her ends are blunt if I lived in Richfield and could go back in I'd be demanding a refund so I could take my daughter elsewhere. The cut looked fine when we were in the salon but after it dried her hair looks completely butchered. I wish we had noticed it at the salon. If you visit this salon check you're hair before you leave and avoid getting your haircut from a thin tall older brunette with thin drawn on eyebrows she clearly doesn't know what she's doing.
