  I have never written a bad review and not a super picky person, BUT I took my son to get a perm this week at La Belle Vie in Pleasant Grove and had an awful experience. His hair is about 2” long and it took OVER THREE HOURS!!! Our stylist was triple booked so ran between us and two other clients the entire time, not paying much attention to us and making everything take much longer than necessary. She gave my son a chemical burn on his neck, and the perm turned out terrible and is already coming out three days later. I paid about $175 for awful customer service and awful hair, I wouldn’t recommend La Belle Vie Salon to anyone.

  I went in to fix my layers and uneven haircut that i gave myself and Malinda did such an amazing job. my hair feels so soft and fluffy and it looks exactly how i wanted it to. i highly recommend! she was super friendly and fun to talk to as well. i’ll be coming back next time i need a trim.

  Kenzie is an angel!! She’s very very talented, listened to what I really wanted to make sure I got what I wanted and that we were on the same page, and she was so sweet! She made the time fly by, so easy to talk to!! My hair was absolutely perfect, she’s so great at blinding! She’s done mine twice now!! I will be going back again and again!!

  I got a simple trim and layers from Kenzie and it was an amazing experience! My time there was very relaxing and I loved my end result! My layers were seamless and I left feeling so put together. She styled my hair at the end and I loved how it looked! 10/10 would recommend Kenzie!

  I give this place one star because the manager didn’t have me pay for the service. I went in to get a cut with some layers trying to feel prettier since I am very pregnant and wanted to just feel good. We talked about some curtain bangs which she said would be low around my chin, as well as some layers. All of the sudden my left side of hair was to my chin and I had the front hairs to my eyebrows! When I asked her why she did this, crying in disbelief and how this haircut had turned into being to my chin she said she thought it would look best because I had some damaged on the front pieces of my hair. I told her that I couldn’t possibly understand how she thought this was ok. That I never asked for this and she said she would get her manager; never received an apology from the girl that cut my hair she completely disappeared. The manager tried to come and do what she could like spraying the front pieces into some sort of bang and said there was nothing we could do other than try to fix up some of the pieces to make it even. She told me I did not have to pay for the service which I frankly think is the bare minimum… I will have to wait months if not years to grow my hair back to how it was. Inserting images for references. I am now looking to spend over a thousand on extensions which is completely unfair. I called the salon and spoke to the manager today and she said she could apply some tape ins to the sides to match the back, I explained that the back was too short as well and it would make q difference because the hair was too short overall. She said she wouldn’t do more and that I had asked for this haircut. NOT TRUE, I told her I didn’t know why now she was denying everything when on Friday she specifically told me if I needed anything she would help me and that as a business owner she should take care of this problem and make things right. She continued to say she understood but that she could only put a couple tape ins on the sides, that this was a loss. A loss for her? A loss for me! Look at me, look at this hair. Speaking with her made me realize how little this salon cares and that their stylist are not trained to do any sort of styles. Very mediocre and VERY unprofessional. I will be taking them to small claims. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO UGLY IN MY LIFE.
