  Had my seconds done at the South Jordan location and I was super impressed. I took my daughter to the Orem location to get her firsts done. We had a complicated situation; my daughter previously had her ears pierced at a local tattoo parlor, and only one of her ears healed correctly from the last one. Her other ear the hole had partially closed and it was very, very low. My daughter was scheduled with Jacie, and she was amazing. She was very thorough in making sure that she had the piercing in the correct place to match my daughter's other piercing as much as possible. My daughter was also super nervous and Jacie was patient in walking her through everything and explaining what she was doing. She's had her new piercing for six months now and absolutely loves that she was able to get it done; we've had no issues with the healing process. Would definitely recommend!

  This place is great and I highly recommend! I was a bit nervous coming alone to get my second piercing, but they made me feel so comfortable. Brittan was my piercer and I loved how she let me look at the marking of where the piercing was going to go, and helped me know my ear anatomy and why she placed it in the position she did. Easy in and out in 20 minutes!

  Emma did a fantastic job with my new piercings! I got my 3rd lobes pierced and a new helix. She was very thorough, walking me through the process and aftercare. You can tell the studio takes great care with sanitation and ensuring the process is done correctly. Emma got the placement perfect; it’s always a worry of mine that I might get piercings that are not symmetrical. But as soon as she handed me the mirror, all worries disappeared. Some of the reviews had me worried about pricing (they mentioned surprise costs). I was nervous because I’m not in the best financial spot, but if you decide to choose the basic jewelry, which I did, the total cost ends up being very reasonable. With a tip, I paid just over $180 for all three, and the follow-up appointment to switch to shorter bars is only $10. I do think that the upgraded jewelry options are on the pricier side, but that wasn’t a concern for me. In the past, when I first got my helix pierced, I ended up with a rare infection. I had to have it re-pierced later, which I did at a popular studio, where they used a piercing gun instead of a hollow needle (if I had known that before the appointment, I would not have gone!), which was very painful. I felt it caused more trauma to the area, which made it take much longer to heal. Additionally, the jewelry options weren’t high-quality and used a butterfly back. It was such a polar opposite experience to this studio! The piercings are already looking so much better than they did in my previous experience. The swelling went down within just a few hours, and this is how it looked the day after (the last photo with wet hair). These are going to be my last piercings, I wish I could’ve had them all done here!
