  I got pierced at the Orem location for the first time yesterday. I initially came in wanting to get my double forward helix pierced, but Emma consulted me and we came to the conclusion that I didn’t quite have the right anatomy for it. However, Emma was really great at helping me find a piercing to balance out my stack without the pressure of even leaving with a piercing. I absolutely LOVE the flat piercing that she did! She was amazing at explaining my ear anatomy to me and helping me find the right placement. (unfortunately my photos will not upload right now)

  This place is great! I had my second lobe piercings done by Emma, who was extremely professional, thorough, and open about the process and aftercare. HIGHLY recommend!

  We had a great experience with Brittan today! She was very sweet and made my daughter (6) feel very comfortable. The piercings look great! The only thing holding me back from five stars is that the website said there would be two piercers for kids and there was only one, and that was a big reason why I chose to come here. I asked about it and was just told they try their best to have two but it didn’t work out today. I understand that she had no control over that, but it felt like some false advertising. Brittan still did a great job and we’re very happy with the results. She also pierced my helix and I love it.
