JL Massage got me in on very short notice, and it was a great experience ! My masseuse was very professional and kind. I left feeling very relaxed! They were also very upfront about the prices and even gave me a water and mint after the massage!

I have never had such a bad massage in my life. I repeated at least half a dozen times that she was hurting me. It was beyond aggressive. I feel like I was just assaulted. The weight of her entire body was used to press her elbow into my back over and over again. Then the woman at the counter had the audacity to ask me to give her a bigger tip. Completely unacceptable. I feel like crap

I am changing my good reviews to a bad one because of my recent experience. My daughter's and I have been here several times with wonderful massages however today my daughter and I went as walk-ins they left us waiting on the tables for over 20 minutes before someone came to give us a massage. My massage was average not as good as other massages I've had here. My daughter's massage was horrific. She repeatedly told the therapist she was hurting her and doing it too hard. The therapist ignored her and continued causing her pain. When we were paying the woman at the front desk had the nerve to ask my daughter to give more than a $15 tip to please give $20 which was rude to begin with. She didn't want to tip at all. We are very disappointed in what used to be our favorite place to get massages.
