  Went here multiple times didn’t have an issue until our most recent time. We had an appointment for 5pm showed up early and they told us our appointment was 5:30. My wife mentioned that on the phone she was told 5:00pm. The lady corrected my wife and we waited 30 minutes elsewhere. When we returned, the lady said our appointment was supposed to be 5:00 and she mistook us for 2 males that had an appointment together. The lady never asked for our name and assumed because there were 2 people showing up for a message we were the 5:30 people. She tried to get us a discount for another place that was only for that day not thinking we don’t have other plans with our day. Not happy and very disappointed ***update*** Owner’s response shows that they do not care given the AI response. Not just saying that because of interpretation, the “[Your name]” gives it away. I screenshot it just in case owner tries to hide it. We did not feel like the person that we were communicating with about our appointment showed care. She allowed the 2 individuals that finished their message to interrupt our conversation AND the 2 individuals who were about to get a message to interrupt our conversation AAND after the interruptions were done the lady was more focused about cleaning up some candy on the table. Zero customer service skills.
