Bowde was so exceptional at making my daughter feel safe and informed with getting her piercing. I was expecting some Claire’s type experience, thankfully it was not the case. Very professional experience. Will definitely come back for future piercings.

Yesterday, I took my baby to get her earrings put in. I specifically chose the earring and the backing I wanted, but they put a different backing on her without asking me. Today, I noticed that her ear is scratched, and I’m concerned because the backing they used does not seem secure. It is not the backing I chose, and I was not informed that they were going to use a different one. I would like to know why a different backing was used and what you can do to fix this. My baby’s safety is very important to me, and I expected the earring to be placed exactly as I requested.
