  I like the store, the associates are hit or miss. Some really know what they are doing, others give me the feeling that they just want to ruin the reputation of the store(i ignore and laugh at these). I have had one bad experience, 2 very good experiences and 1 okay experience. I still think mac has the best makeup and its consistent, you can buy the same face makeup for years rather than geussing. I miss the old makeup brushes, but i get it, i geuss. I lost my card there, and they made sure to take care of it. Overall, it's worth it and i think, the best makeup store available. I also think they are the most inclusive of all the makeup brands.

  Tried to see if the sales associate could find me a similar color of my current Mac lipstick, but in a different formula. In the process, she smashed the tip by putting the lid on while it was fully extended. The tip broke the next time I applied. I'm very displeased. If she wasn't so rude and uncaring about it, I wouldn't bother reviewing. I understand accidents happen, but acknowledge and apologize, at least. When her half-arsed attempt to find a match failed to yeild results, she grudgingly looked for a replacement for me to buy (I was almost out) - she seemed annoyed that I was trying to replace my color, and surprised when it was easy to find. I planned on buying more than I did, but I kept it to the basics because I just wanted out of there. What a snob!

  I had an appointment for my makeup to be done, I was 30 minutes late due to traffic and they were still so nice about getting me taken care of! Mickey did my make-up and she did such an amazing job giving me exactly what I wanted! I was so happy with the service, literally everyone in there was beyond nice! I really appreciated that Mickey took her time, but still completed the job in perfect time! So happy with what I had done!
