Mom and I recently came in some haircuts and I was unimpressed. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to even be sat. I asked for a medium length cut with layers and Fringe bangs and I walked out unhappy with my haircut even after asking for adjustments about 10 times. My only requirements were that the bangs were not in my eyes and for some reason my stylist just wasn't understanding. After being 30 minutes late for my appointment my stylist then told me she was leaving because she had a volleyball game to get to. Another stylist finished my appointment and she was fantastic and even fixed the bangs. I'm now having to go to a different salon to try to fix my haircut. It just seemed incredibly unprofessional. They did offer a discount at the end, but at what cost honestly. I'm just wearing my hair pushed back until it grows out at this point. Shay (blonde) was so sweet though and did great on my mom's hair

Thank you, Aspyn for my incredible manicure today. Luminary has been perfect for me because my own nails are so thin and brittle. My goal wasn't long nails, just healthy nails and I love them!
I have extremely sensitive skin. Aspyn is patient and gentle and I appreciate it.
I decided to get a pedicure also, which I didn't schedule ahead of time. Aspyn arranged for Izzie to do it and Izzie was also wonderful.
Thank you both! My fingers and toes are ready for spring!
